Pool villa for rent near the famous Zrce beach is a newly built villa and offers accommodation in 6 apartments +VIP  apartment with its own pool with a capacity of beds for three to five persons each.
All six apartments are very similar, have about 40 m2 with terrace, and have a separate entrance.
Each apartment has a living room connected with the kitchen, equipped with the necessary equipment (apartments No. 1, 4, 5 and 6 have an oven, while apartments no. 2 and 3 have a microwave), 1 bedroom with bunk beds for 3-4 persons or a double bed for 2-3 persons, bathroom (shower, toilet) and a terrace. In the living room there is a sofa bed which can serve as an extra bed for 1-2 persons
In the backyard, there is a swimming pool only for the guests of this villa.

Prices include: bed linen and towels, private parking lot, use of air conditioning and WiFi

Prices do not include:
– tourist tax (approximately 1€/day/person)
– final cleaning: 30€/apartment
– damage deposit: 50€/person (upon arrival) – returned upon departure if no damage to the apartment
