This great family home situated on a land plot with size 450 m2 has a small garden with lawn, wildlife garden and a swimming pool.
Swimming pool has an unconvetional shape with sizes 9m x 4m (depth 1.40m), internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. There is a parking place available for 3 cars, one parking place is in the garage and other two in the shaded place near the house. Infront of the house there is also a sunny spacious terrace size 15 m2 with garden furniture for relaxation.
On the terrace there is outdoor shower, a fireplace available for making barbecue meals and outdoor dinning area (Firewoods are not provided).
Modern villa for rent with pool, Pula offers accommodation with free WiFi and air conditioning and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Villa has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom equipped with a bath and a hairdryer.
On the first floor of the house inside you can find fully equipped kitchen, dinning room, living room and the toilet. Living/dining room is equipped with satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning, comfortable seating place and exit to the terrace. In the living room there is a sofa which can be transformed into a bed.
On the upper floor of the villa there are bedrooms with terrace and toilet. Bedrooms are double bed- bedrooms (min. 160x190cm) with safe, wardrobe and satellite TV (flat screen). Two other rooms are each with one french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and a bathroom with bath and bidet. There is a big roof terrace with terrace furniture and deck chairs for sunbathing and enjoying the magnificent view.

Additional bed can be pulled out from the sofa bed.
