Modern seafront villas for sale, Trogir area is located on a hillside of the shore of the idyllic village on an area of 2,500 m2 four luxury villas in the absolute top class will be built. The villas are right on the sea and can be accessed through a private road.

In the neighborhood shows only an aesthetic landscape of embedded single-family vacation homes. The sprawling lawns that surround the property are in a building ban zone and it is forbidden to build in the immediate vicinity of the villas.

The modern villas have a living area of 162m2 each that spreads over two levels. Each villa has four rooms, including three bedrooms and a large living room, kitchen and dining area. In addition, there are three and a half bathrooms and several balconies and terraces for relaxation. The luxury villas will be surrounded by large gardens.

Each villa has a swimming pool and two car parking spaces. A complete air conditioning system is also included in purchase price.

The interior will be designed by Gaisrucker brothers from Graz. The furniture will be aesthetically built into the geographical conditions and the likely needs of a luxury villa-owner which is not included in the purchase price, but it can be easily and directly designed and purchased by the interior planners. The Gaisrucker brothers carry labels like Paola Lenti, Porro and Living Divani.

Construction works have started recently. Please note that we provide turnkey solutions. It is however possible that a potential buyer can decide upon certain building materials (inside) and interior. Potential buyers will receive a purchase contract on land and house. We collaborate with an attorney in Split who is responsible for the legal actions that need to be taken.

The drinking water will be supplied from a cistern with a capacity of about 20,000 litres with its own domestic water system. The filling of the tank is provided with a central hopper at the beginning of the access road. The hot water will be provided by a solar system and a built-in electric heater as an alternative heat source. The underfloor heating in the bathrooms will be controlled by individual control per bathroom. In addition, the bath will be heated with infrared ceiling spotlights.

The villas consist of ground floor and upper floor, and are so situated that houses “A” and “B” have uninterrupted views of the sea. All houses have a swimming pool with 24 m2 and an own brick BBQ. Only the original materials and plants from the region are being used for outdoor area. The wall closing to the sea is carried out in a way that troughs for planting with Mediterranean plants are generated.
