Spread over five floors of a newly renovated eighteenth century old stone house in the center of Sibenik this house is beautifully finished to the highest standards.
The property is located in one of Croatia’s largest old towns where coble stone streets are reserved for pedestrians and days can be spent exploring the small streets and hidden treasures of this thousand year old city.
The top three floors are a self contained luxury apartment. The second story entrance opens to a fully equipped open plan kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is built in a traditional Tuscan style with built in modern appliances (oven, hood, gas and electric stoves). A teak dining table seating six is at the other end of the room along with a comfortable sofa tucked in the sea facing corner of the room which can be folded out into a double bed for guests or children. This floor also has a small bathroom.
Following a wooden stair case to the third floor there are two balconies facing east and west suitable for either sunrise or sunset with views of the old town rooftops, a church and the hills from one balcony and the sea from the other. This floor has a lounge room and the main bathroom equipped with a large shower, washing and drying machine, toilet and washbasin.
The top floor is reserved for the master bedroom with spectacular views of the sea. It has exposed beams, a set of wardrobes, study desk and a relaxing couch.
The entire house is finished with oak floor boards, exposed beams and teak furniture. Windows are custom made wooden and double paned to keep the sound out and the temperature stable.
Through a separate entrance a white stone staircase leads to a guest apartment on the first floor with a kitchenette, bathroom and views of the sea. This studio apartment is not furnished. It can be used as a guest apartment or separately rented or even sold as its title is independent of the master apartment.
The ground floor serves as a basement suitable for a small business, storage or rental.
