This beautiful villa is situated in a little town of Mlini near Dubrovnik. Mlini is a place known for its beautiful pebble beaches and it offers you a lot of interesting small traditional streets and plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants.

Property is situated only 600 m from the beaches and the town center. Lovely terrace beside the pool offers wonderful views to the sea and small surrounding islands. Rich Mediterranean vegetation, typical Dalmatian – style houses and friendly locals make Mlini a cozy, picturesque place to explore and enjoy.

Sandy, pebble and rocky beaches, coffee bars, restaurants, and many other tourist attractions and activities are available. You can easily explore Dubrovnik and Cavtat with the local buses that pass every 30 minutes or you can take a boat that departures regularly from Mlini port.

Villa sleeps up to 8 persons. All accommodation units are completely furnished and tastefully decorated. There are 3 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. Villa has a fully furnished and equipped living room, dining room, kitchen, kitchen table, terrace with sea view and a swimming pool.

Villa offers air condition, baby cot if needed, garden, heating, washing machine, BBQ, TV, Satellite, DVD player and Internet (wireless). Kitchen has an oven, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher.
