Classical old stone villa for rent near Old town, Dubrovnik: This magnificent villa is situated only a few minutes away from the Old Town and it will take you a few minutes of walking through the forest park to reach the nearby beach of Dance. With its charm, it will introduce you to the very heart of Dubrovnik. Pile and the entrance into the Old Town are located close to the villa.

This classic villa is surrounded by Mediterranean plants and will give you a sense of intimacy and ambiance in which upper-class citizens of this town used to live. The villa was built in 1930s by a wealthy family from Dubrovnik in chiseled stone with large garden terraces immersed in lush Mediterranean vegetation, and the ideal combination of sun and shade inspire the guest with the sense of gentle warmth. Spacious stone terraces on the upper floor, sunny from sunrise to sunset offer a view of the Old Town and the Fort of St. Lawrence (Lovrijenac).

The villa covers 400 square meters divided into the ground floor with garden terraces and the first floor with a spacious sunny terrace. All rooms are air-conditioned and have access to terraces.
 The villa has five spacious bedrooms with their own bathrooms at disposal.

The villa has two floors.

The ground floor of the villa features a large bedroom with its own bathroom, one suite, a large joint salon with a toilette, and a completely furnished kitchen, dinning room and hall with a library. Outside on the terrace there is a Jacuzzi.
The upper floor of the house features three bedrooms with their own bathrooms, two of which have a large sunny terrace.

The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests in 5 suites, each with a private bath.

Minibar and safe are available in each room. In the basement there is a small gym and a sauna with the shower.

The entire facility is air conditioned. The villa features equipment that will enable you the most pleasant possible stay. Central heating, oven, cooker, two refrigerators, a freezer, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, two washing machines, a dryer, a steam iron, and hair dryers in all bathrooms. All rooms feature LCD televisions with satellite programs, a mini bar, a safe and an air conditioner.

Choose a good book or a magazine from the spacious library and enjoy reading in the comfortable lobby, the sunny terrace or your room. You can connect with your friends online or read the latest news and events in the internet corner where you have two computers available 24 hours a day. Enjoy a special private dinner organized in the garden terrace or roof of our villa.
