This charming pool villa close to the beach Sibenik area is located in a peaceful area called Jadrija, only a few kilometers away from the lovely town of Sibenik and only 5 minutes walk from the pebble beach and the sea, which are 200 meters away. The amazing national park of Krka with stunning waterfalls and nature is located just 12 km from the house, as well as the Kornati island national park that is worth the visit!

This is a new and modern villa that has a living space of 119 m2 can comfortably host up to 7 guests in its 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have a double bed and one bedroom has one single bed. There are 2 bathrooms in the house that are equipped with a shower. The fully enclosed, 200 m2 large courtyard of the villa features a lovely swimming pool (7,5 x 4) with salt water, surrounded by sun loungers where you can enjoy a refreshing swim at any time of day or night.

The house consists of the ground floor, first floor, and outdoor area. The ground floor consists of an open and fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area as well as one double bedroom and bathroom. The dining area looks out on to the terrace which features a fireplace and comfortable seating. On the first floor, there are a bathroom and three comfortable bedrooms, with the master bedroom having an exit to the balcony with an amazing view. In the backyard of the house, there is a Mediterranean garden with olive trees so guests have enough space for relaxation and enjoyment. The swimming pool on the outside takes the center stage and is surrounded by sun loungers and a fantastic barbecue area making it an ideal spot to sit and relax while enjoying a meal in the dining area. Villa is air-conditioned, has Wi-Fi access and private parking for two cars.

The nearest market is located 250 meters away, and the nearest restaurant 300 meters from the house.

Jadrija is a city district of Sibenik on the peninsula of Srima that is family-friendly and that can be reached by car or by boat from Sibenik. The center of Jadrija is covered with some pine forest trees that help protect its visitors from the summer heat, and shallow waters with small pebbles make the beach a great option for small children. Along with the children’s playground near the beach, there are also beach bars, restaurant, and cafes, so the whole group can find something for themselves.  Sibenik is a historic city located in the central part of the Croatian coast on the Adriatic sea where the beautiful river Krka flows into the Adriatic. It is a center of the county of Sibenik and Knin and it extends along the 100 km long coastline from Zadar to Split while laying under the Dinara mountain in the hinterland area.
