The location is fantastic for people who love enjoying in nature and peaceful surroundings but at the same time, the villa is located only 5 minutes driving from the known beach resort in this area, Ičići beach, walking it takes around 25 minutes to reach it and there is a walking path to do so. This is the closest beach but there are other great beaches nearby.
Bigger nearby towns of Rijeka and Opatija are 15-20 minutes away by car. There you can visit museums, cultural events, shops.. This region is famous for excellent restaurants and wine offer.
