BEAUTIFUL VILLA WITH POOL BRAC ISLAND is located on top of a small settlement Nerežišća on Brač island. The neighborhood surrounding the villa is quiet and private so it is ideal for a family vacation, however, the city center is located only 200 meters from the villa so it doesn’t isolate you from people, coffee shops, restaurants, and markets. Distance from beaches is 7 kilometers or 5 minutes driving with a car, there is a lot of beautiful beaches on Brac island you can visit within a short car ride from the villa.

Brac island is easy to reach with regular and often ferry lines from Split, the ride to Supetar lasts 50 minutes and further 10-15 minutes of driving is needed to reach the villa location.

Spacious and modern interior of this two-story villa will give you all the luxury and intimacy you could wish for. Villa is completely new and renovated. The villa includes four bedrooms, two living rooms, three bathrooms, two kitchens, a dining room and a large terrace with a barbecue. There are also five parking places at disposal to the guests of the villa.

Villa can accommodate up to 12 people in four bedrooms and on sofa beds. Each of the four bedrooms is air-conditioned and has a double bed. Villa also has a sauna for full relaxation of villa’s guests.

This stylish villa has its own luxury heated pool in the outside spacious terrace where you can also find a barbecue, dining table, jacuzzi and sun decks, the perfect place to chill from the heat in the evening and enjoy a dinner with family and friends. Instead of the chlorine water, the swimming pool contains natural salt water.

The kitchen has an oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, kitchenware, and other necessary kitchen appliances.

In the bathrooms, you can find a washing machine, hairdryer, towels and linen, and a shower cabin.
