Beachfront villa with pool Brac island is a large property situated in a beautiful sea bay, surrounded by Mediterranean plant life and trees. The center of Milna where you can find bars and restaurants offering local food is only 2 kilometers away. The villa can accommodate up to 15 guests. In front of the house is a private swimming pool, sundeck area, an outdoor fireplace with all the BBQ facilities and a children’s playground with swings and slides. Just a few meters from the villa is a small beach with crystal clear sea. Nearby, within the villa is also a restaurant serving local meals.

The interior consists of 5 bedrooms with large double beds along with two sofa beds in the living room (sleeps 2). These units are all well furnished, they have seating areas and fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms. Each apartment has a terrace.

Free WI-FI and air conditioning throughout the property.
Pets are allowed on request.
A crib is available.

House can accommodate up to 15 people, every additional person over 10 people pays extra:

In July & August: 25€ per person, per day.
In the rest of the season: 20€ per person, per day.

Minimum stay during July is 7 days, changeover day is Saturday.

During the offseason, the minimum stay is 3 days.
Refundable damage deposit of 300€ is required.

If requested, breakfast can be organized.
Owners of the property can organize numerous daily excursions with a boat or a van on previous demand/  additional surcharge.
