PANORAMIC SEA VIEW VILLA WITH POOL FOR RENT TROGIR AREA is tucked away in the green hills of Vinišće, an old fishing village 12 km southwest of Unesco heritage site Trogir, Croatia. The coastal strip surrounding Villa provides opportunities for underwater fishing, snorkeling and is distinguished by stunning inlets with sandy and pebble beaches.

Villa consists of 3 floors. On the ground floor are 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom has a bathroom inside the room with a shower, and two other bedrooms share a large bathroom with shower. In the hall, there is also a laundry room. There is an entrance to the side garden. On the back side of the garden is a swimming pool with sun deck. Property is surrounded by a wall. In the front garden are olive trees and parking for a couple of cars.
Internal stairs lead from the lobby to the first floor, where is an open plan kitchen with dining and living area and terrace with beautiful sea view. There is a toilet by the stairs to the top floor.
This top floor is organized as large open space with bathtub and sofas, books and panoramic sea view through the glass walls. Outside there is a large 50 sq.m. terrace to enjoy dinner and spectacular sunsets over the sea.
House is designed with many details and has a warm welcoming atmosphere, comfortable for a family of 8 people.

Trogir is a remarkable small town with 2300 years of tradition, set on a small island on the Adriatic coast of Croatia in the center of Dalmatia. Hiding not so far away from Split, only 27 km, it is connected to the mainland and with another island, Ciovo with bridges.
