Sea view villa with pool for rent, Orasac : Our charming villa with breathtaking sea view is a 4-star villa situated in beautiful Orasac just 11 km from Dubrovnik. Villa is located only 1 km from the sea. It offers a stunning sea view to Kolocep, Lopud and Sipan island. It was built in 2015. Villa is very modern and offers everything you need during your holiday.
Villa has 2 bedrooms and offers accommodation for 4 persons. Both bedrooms have a double bed. Villa also has a kitchen, dining room, living room and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen is equipped with: oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, dishwasher. There is also a barbecue, TV LCD, Internet and security safe. Villa is air conditioned and has a heating. From the terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking sea view on Elaphiti islands. There is also a garden and yard with deck chairs and charming private swimming pool (can be heated until 26ºC, price 30 EUR per day).
Security deposit is 500 EUR. Minimum stay is 7 days, arrivals on Saturday. Baby cot is available on request.
