This amazing historic house (built in 1938) is on the list of preventively protected monuments as a house of exceptional architectural value between the Two World Wars.
Villa nurtures the concept of interesting and functional spatial design where all interior design elements are from famous international and Croatian designers (Charles&Ray Eames, Eero Saarinen, Jean Prouvé, Eileen Gray, Foruse, Konstantin Grcic, Hee Welling, Otto Blümel, Maarten Van Severen, Grupa Numen/For Use etc.). The artistic paintings in the villa are works by artist Nikolina Šimunović.

Villa has 4 large designed bedrooms with “en suite” bathrooms and 1 additional bedroom with twin beds, accommodating 8+2 guests.

On the ground floor, there are a large kitchen, a tavern where guest will enjoy traditional food, and family bathroom. In front of the villa, there are a private garden, jacuzzi, swimming pool, dining table, and lounge chairs. This stunning terrace overlooking the Adriatic sea, beautiful island Lokrum, and the historic old city will impress all romantic souls. The first floor has a beautifully designed bedroom with ”en-suite” bathroom, salon and dining room. On this floor, especially in salon guest will experience the life in this villa for past decades. The second floor has 2 designed bedrooms with ”en-suite” bathrooms, one balcony where guest can enjoy in beautiful view of island Lokrum and historic old town, lobby, sauna with shower room, and mirror room with a luxury bathtub that is connected with attic. The attic contains a beautifully designed bedroom with ”en-suite” bathroom and book corner where book lovers can enjoy reading fine literature.
Also, in front of the villa, there is a garage for our guests.

On the ground floor, you can find a living room with dining room.
On the first floor, there is a dining room and a salon (or room – with polling king size bed that’s situated behind the wardrobe)

Everything is available for just a few minutes of walk from the villa.
