Stone house with pool for rent Bol Brac is a newly renovated property, in 2012. The house is a traditional Dalmatian stone house with swimming pool and it is located in a quiet part of Bol. The nearest beach and the town center are only a short stroll away (distance 300 m). It has parking, a terrace overlooking Bol and the sea, and an outdoor kitchen.

Indoors, the villa features a dining/living room and kitchen which opens onto the spacious terrace with a private swimming pool.

On the first floor, you will find a double bedroom and bathroom with a terrace, from which stairs lead down to the main terrace.

On the second floor, there is a studio with two single beds, another bathroom and a loggia with stunning views.

The sofa can be converted into another bed if required.

All rooms are air-conditioned. The villa has two LCD TVs, satellite TV, home entertainment center, wi-fi internet access, safe, coffee maker, hairdryer, ironing board with iron, washing machine, dishwasher.

All our guests receive a 10% discount on rental boats and speedboats.

The minimum stay in July and August is 7 days. For other periods minimum stay is 3 days.

The center of Bol and the nearest beach are 300 meters from the villa.

Beach Zlatni Rat is 4 km from the villa, which is only a few minutes drives. From the center of Bol there are tourist “train” and a boat that take the tourist to this wonderful, famous beach.
