Perfect for couples, groups and families, who want to combine the features of a luxury Croatian stone villa with the vibrating atmosphere from the old Town of Hvar.
The Heart of Villa is the Mediterranean garden with its large pool area. That is the common area of the house, where you can swim, relax, have fun and meet other guests, if you feel like. We also provide you with contact details for Companies, offering activities on the island and can book it for you. We make sure you get the most out of your holidays and leave Hvar with lovely memories.

Description of the villa:

In the ground floor there are 2 apartments, for 4 persons each, 80 square meters large. Each apartment have 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Apartments have access to the pool through the terrace.

First floor offers 4 studio apartments, each with a private balcony and a bathroom, 40 square meters each. One studio apartment can accommodate 2 persons.

Capacity of the villa is 16 guests with possibility of 2 additional persons in the ground floor if the villa is rented as a whole.

The elegantly decorated rooms and apartments are air-conditioned and provide free WiFi.

Villa in Mediterranean style for rent, Hvar with 18 meter pool –  Each unit has a flat-screen TV. Some units have a terrace and/or balcony with garden or city views. There is also a kitchen in the apartments, fitted with a dishwasher. There is a private bathroom with a bath or shower in each unit. Towels are provided. Each apartment has two bedrooms.

Villa also includes a barbecue.

Bicycles can be rented at the property and the area is popular for snorkeling. You can engage in various activities, such as windsurfing, cycling and fishing, we can organize your activities, please let us know when you contact us, which activities you would like to enjoy.

Minimum stay for July and August is 7 days, fir other periods minimum stay is 3 days.
