All house is on one floor level. There is no stairs

A 900 square meters of the grassed garden, very old olive tree. Suitable for children but must be supervised around pool area. Swimming pool size is 8x4mx1.6m with automatic cleaning system. Terrace is covered and is equipped with table and 6 very comfortable wooden chairs. 6 deck wooden chairs are available near the swimming pool. Several meters beside is barbecue.

Porec city is 10km from the house with many beaches and beautiful clear water.
Golf
18 hole golf course on Brijuni island. 6 hole golf course in Motovun. 18 hole championship course at Kempinski Hotel Golf Club, 20 minutes drive away from villa.
Travel
Nearest airport is Pula, which is 50 minutes drive on very good motorways.
Distances
Porec is 10km . Porec has very old roman town and basilica. From Porec you can easy visit Venezia by fast boat. Pula has beautiful roman amphitheater.
