This place preserves and cherishes traditions of the area of Konavle, folk dances in traditional costumes, cultural heritage, and offers a unique experience of how our ancestors lived. This comfortable house is surrounded by untouched nature and provides ideal accommodation for families with children, larger groups of friends and others who want to enjoy their holidays together, away from the urban noise, near the beach. It is an ideal choice whether you want to spend an active vacation or a passive vacation. It is an excellent place to explore the whole region and escape from everyday, busy life.

The nearest beach with its crystal clear, the clean sea is only 5 minutes drive away. The house is situated only 7 kilometers from the town of Cavtat. It is a unique, little town on the Adriatic known for its clean sea water, sand beaches and bays, pine and cypress trees, old, thousand years long history, old streets, and passages. Cavtat is a treasury of art, culture and historic wealth. It has a beautiful, seaside promenade where you can find everything you may need for a pleasant stay, like great restaurants with exquisite cuisine, shops, souvenir shops, supermarkets, post office, coffee bars, bank, ATM’s, and more. If you want to experience a little bit more active holidays, the beautiful, UNESCO protected, town of Dubrovnik is only 30 minutes drive away from the villa. Dubrovnik offers countless possibilities, watersports, kayaking, hiking, cycling, exploring the area, day trips, and so much more. Cilipi is really easy to reach, and the International Airport of Dubrovnik is only 2 kilometers from the property.

This modern and spacious, four-star villa offers comfortable accommodation for up to 12 guests. It consists of 4 modern furnished apartments that are rented as a whole. Apartments are elegantly styled in pastel colors, featuring parquet flooring. Each of the apartments has approximately 60 square meters of the inside area and has a hallway, bedroom, living room, kitchen, and a bathroom. Every bedroom has a cozy, large double bed, and the living rooms have a double sofa bed, and a TV with satellite channels. The kitchens are fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, stove, oven, kitchenware, electric kettle, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, and dining area. The bathrooms feature massage shower cabins. Two of the apartments that are located on the ground floor share a covered terrace, size of 25 square meters, and the other two apartments on the first floor share an opened terrace of the same size, 25 m2. Both of the terraces overlook the forest and the garden. On the outdoor, there is a swimming pool surrounded by garden furniture, deck chairs, umbrellas, and sunbathing area. There is also an outdoor dining area and an outside shower. It is a perfect place to relax next to the pool or have dinner while watching a breathtaking sunset or drink your morning coffee in peace, surrounded by stunning nature. The whole place is air-conditioned, offers free Wi-Fi through the whole object, and provides free and secure parking for the guests.

*The owner is welcoming the guests and giving them all the necessary information about the region and recommendation where to go. Also, the guests will be provided with maps and leaflets containing information about the region. The guests will have the owner’s phone number available 24 hours a day for any help needed.

Damage deposit is 300 EUR.  / It is required upon arrival and it is fully refundable on the departure day if no damage has been done to the property.
