Seaview building land, Vela Luka, Korcula is located near the ferry to split. It is a large area, 40% buildable for one freestanding building or 50% for a facility with more housing units. It is surrounded by a quiet pine forest and is not far from the sandy beach (120-150 m). The location offers a beautiful view of the bay and sea and there are no direct neighbors. It has connected electricity and direct access to the main access road.
