Seafront villa with swimming pool on Hvar: This unique seafront villa is situated in a small, secluded bay, a very private and peaceful location for you to relax. Hvar town and the nearest ferry ports with links to the mainland and other islands is 30 km away,a drive of around half an hour. Split is around 50 km away, and the nearest airport, 59 km away from the property.
This detached house was finished in May 2017., and it features a swimming pool with furnished terraces and a garden.
This villa offers multiple dining areas and 4 kitchens. An LCD TV with satellite channels is offered in each room as well as a private bathroom with slippers, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. The villa features free WiFi throughout the property. There are five rooms with air conditioning, and free parking available on the site. 5-6 cars can be accommodated easily. There is plenty of space and access is wide and easy. The estate is reached by dead-end gravel road, ensuring one more level of privacy.
There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and the house can accommodate up to 14 people.
The main house features 2 master bedrooms on the ground floor, and a studio apartment for two, with a bunk bed in the back of the house. In the guest house, there are two apartments with the same king size beds. One apartment also has a sofa bed for two ( 160 cm wide). There is also a possibility of sleeping on a big corner set(2x2m) for 1-2 persons in the other apartment. In total, the house can accommodate 8 persons in 4 king size beds, 2 on the 160 cm bed, 1-2 on the corner set and two on the bunk bed, meaning the house can comfortably accommodate 12 people but can take up to 14 adults.
The house offers peace and tranquility in this amazing location with no one to disturb your peace nearby. There are no stores in walking distance, but anything that you need can be reached quickly with a car or a boat.
Close to the house, you can visit the Vela Stiniva Bay, a beautiful deep bay with magnificent cliffs and a few good places to eat. A separate guest house features two apartments with living rooms, kitchenettes, and bedrooms with private bathrooms.
