It consists of four separate apartments and it is rented as a whole.  The total amount of bedrooms is 9 (18 persons), 8 bathrooms. It is positioned right next to the sea. The nearest shop is only 50 m away. It is fully equipped and has air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Villa was completely renovated in 2017 and it was used for the filming crew while filming the movie Mamma mia 2. Apartment 1 (8 people) This four-bedroom apartment is situated on 2 floors. The ground floor consists of a double bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen and a dining area, and a large seafront terrace with outdoor sitting, lounge chairs. This is the only apartment in the villa that has direct access to the sea over the terrace! A staircase leads to the first floor consisting of a master bedroom with a balcony offering spectacular sea views, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a toilet. The view from each room is fabulous. Apartment 2 (4 people) The apartment is situated on the second floor. It consists of 2 double bedrooms, a kitchen/dining area, a bathroom as well as a large terrace overlooking the bay. Apartment 3 (2 people) This apartment is also situated on the second floor. It consists of a double bedroom, kitchen/dining area, a bathroom as well as a large terrace overlooking the bay and offering amazing sea views and sunsets. Penthouse apartment (4 people) The penthouse is situated on the top floor of the villa. It consists of 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen/dining area, living area as well as a lovely terrace overlooking Vis harbor, ideal for relaxing with a glass of local wine.

A cleaning fee of 250 EUR is not included in the price.

* Security deposit in case of eventual damage is 1000 EUR (It’s taken on the arrival day and given back on departure day if nothing is damaged). Hygiene and cleanliness are very important for us and our professional cleaning crew uses certified disinfectants to ensure the highest standards of hygiene for you. Professional cleaners take great care to disinfect all surfaces in the Villa. Linens and towels are washed at the highest possible temperatures and mattresses are deep cleaned and heat-treated regularly. Upon prior agreement, we can arrange a boat transfer from Split airport or other location to pick you up and transfer you directly to the Villa’s berth so there is no need to use a public ferry.
