This beautiful sea view villa with pool is situated in a pretty little town Primosten. It is a small town in North Dalmatia located close to the town of Sibenik, and just over an hour away from Split. This place is well known for its long, pebble beaches with shallow waters which is great for families with young children, for its beautiful promenade and summer festivities. For those who are looking for fun until the early morning hours, one of the best and most popular clubs on the Adriatic is located right here in Primosten. Those more adventurous can enjoy various sports, activities and recreation such as tennis, table tennis, golf, beach volleyball, jet-ski, numerous watersports, etc. For those who would like to get familiar with the gastronomy of this region, there are some really great restaurants and taverns that offer different specialties. This is really an ideal choice for everyone, whether you want to enjoy in peace with your family or friends and relax and recover near the crystal clear sea, explore rich cultural heritage or party with your crew. This house is only 300 meters from the beach. The closest restaurants, market and supermarkets are under 500 meters from the object. In Primosten you can find everything you need, several shops that work until late in the evening during summer time, fish market, large number of souvenir shops, ATMs, post office pharmacy, etc. From this charming little town you can go to a plenty of one day trips, like going to some of the most beautiful National Parks, and so much more. The town of Sibenik is 28 km far away, and the UNESCO town of Trogir is 33 km away. The nearest international airport is Split airport which is 38 km from the villa. Due to its location it is really easy to get to Primosten.

This charming, sea view villa offers accommodation for 10 people. The house consists of 4 bedrooms, living room, 3 bathrooms with showers, an additional toilet, a kitchen, and a terrace with a breathtaking sea view. Three bedrooms have comfortable, cozy, double beds, one of the bedrooms has two single beds, and there is a sofa bed in the living room. All of the bedrooms have a flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, water kettle, coffee machine, dining area, and everything else you may need. The spacious, living area offers a flat screen TV, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, cable and satellite programs, videogames and seating area. There is a pool table and a trampoline for the youngest. The terrace offers a really amazing view of the crystal clear sea and the garden. There is a big, outdoor, swimming pool in the garden, surrounded by sunbeds. The water in the pool is salt, and the pool is chlorine free, so it is really safe, especially for the kids, and you don’t have to worry about skin irritation or burning eyes, and the pool has a hydromassage effect. There is also a large outdoor fireplace in the garden and an outdoor seating area where you can relax and enjoy your time near the pool while having lunch, dinner, or your morning coffee. The whole object is air-conditioned, offers free Wi-Fi, and secure parking for the guests.

Damage deposit is 500 EUR. It is required upon arrival and it is given back on check out if nothing has been damaged.

Smoking is not allowed inside the object.
