Pool villa near Zrce beach for rent, Novalja is located only 3 minutes walking from the beach. Outside of the villa there is an outdoor swimming pool and a spacious terrace with deck chairs. Villa is located in Novalja , only 5 km from Zrce beach. The villa is divided in four apartments and a room. All apartments have an LCD/SAT Tv. The villa is equipped with a fireplace.

Apt No1.
Accommodates up to 4 guests and is located on the 2nd floor and has 45m2. It consists of a bedroom (two king size beds), kitchen, living and dining area and a bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a foldable couch for two people in the living room. The apartment has a 25m2 terrace that has a seating area and a wonderful view of the sea.

Apt No2.
Accommodates up to 4 guests and is located on the 2nd floor and has 45m2. It consists of a room with two beds and a dining area in one, kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment has a 35m2 terrace that has a seating area and a wonderful view of the sea.

Apt No3.
Accommodates up to 4 guests and is located in the loft of the villa and has 45m2. It consists of a room with two beds and a kitchen, living area and a dining area in one, and a bathroom with a shower. There is also a foldable couch for two people in the living room. The apartment has a 15m2 balcony that has a seating area and a wonderful view of the sea.

Apt No4.
Accommodates 2-3 guests and is located on the ground floor and has 35m2. It consists of a room with two beds and a kitchen and a dining area in one, and a bathroom with a shower. There is one extra bed in the dining area. The ground floor opens to a small terrace with a seating area.

Room No1.
Accommodates 2 guests and is located on the 2nd floor. It has 15m2. It consists of a room with two beds and a bathroom with a shower. There is also a fridge.

Additional bed can be added to apartments A1, A3, A5 with additional cost. Villa offers free Wi-fi and is fully air-conditioned. There is private parking on the premises. Small dogs are allowed for 10€ per night.  Breakfast is availabe for 7€ per person per day.
