Old stone house is located in center of town, only 60 meters from the seafront, a few kilometers from Postira. It consists of ground floor, first floor, attic and outside area of about 50 m2. The house itself has a surface area of 100 m2. A road leads all the way up to the house so it can be accessed by car. Outside walls are in excellent condition although the house is in need of renovation.
Brač is an island in the Adriatic Sea within Croatia, with an area of 396 square kilometres (153 sq mi), making it the largest island in Dalmatia, and the third largest in the Adriatic.
