New built villa with pool for rent, Solta island is located in peaceful and quite little fishing harbor called Rogac. The closest local beach is situated only 80 meters away from the villa. This new built villa is organised in two story’s with total living space of 220m2. It can accommodate up to 9 guests. Outside you can find a private swimming pool next to which is a sunbathing area. There is also a covered terrace with a lounge and a dining area. The villa is surrounded with big garden that overlooks the sea and it is full of trees and Mediterranean plant life.

The inside of this new built villa consists of four bedrooms. First bedroom has a king size bed, a sofa and an en suite bathroom. Second room has a king size bed, an additional one person bed and an en suite bathroom. Third room has a king size bed and an en suite bathroom, while the fourth one has two one person beds. The villa also has a fully equipped kitchen with oven and hob, dish washer, fridge, freezer and a dining area. There is a living room with LCD/SAT tv.

Free WI-FI is available on the whole property. The house is fully air conditioned.
Only one pet is allowed with an additional charge of 10€ per day.
There is free private parking on the property.
Minimum age of renter must be 25 years.
