The house is located on a really quiet and peaceful location, but also it is close to the mouth of river Neretva, Bacina Lakes and town of Ploce that offer a lot of possibilities and activities. The nearest restaurant and bar are around 3 kilometers from the villa. The closest beach is 7 kilometers away, and you can find more sandy beaches, sea, Neretva and Bacina Lakes 10 km away. There is a Marian shrine of Medjugorje just 30 km from here. The nearest International airport is Dubrovnik airport on a distance of 85 km. The train station and the closest ferry port are only 8 km away.

This breathtaking villa can accommodate up to 12 people (8+4). The villa features 4 comfortable bedrooms with large, double beds, fully equipped kitchens with stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, and more, 6 bathrooms with massage showers. The living area provides all the necessary media and technology like HD Flat-screen TV, cable and satellite programs, DVD player, radio, play station, video games, and more. There is also a pool table. In this amazing, beautiful house you really can have lots of fun, relaxation, and enjoyment. The house is equipped with steam bath sauna. There is an indoor and outdoor fireplace, so you can prepare delicious, traditional meals and taste them and enjoy on a large table in the covered patio with ecologically grown vegetables and spices. Near the garden is a basement with a wine cellar where you can try some good homemade wine. The large terrace offers perfect, panoramic views of the surrounding, extraordinary nature, and it features an outdoor jacuzzi surrounded by beach chairs and lounge furniture under the shade of the pavilion and beach umbrellas. There is a heated, swimming pool that can be covered too. For those who love sports and activities, there is tennis and a futsal court, and a set of professional machines and bicycles. Also, you can enjoy a walk down the groomers to the centuries-old olive groves. The place is air-conditioned, covered with free Wi-Fi, and provides free and secure parking for the guests.
