Luxurious Villa with a private beach, Montenegro can accommodate up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms, and 2 more on the pull-out sofa. The environment of the house is warm with a touch of modern, thanks to the traditional Montenegrin materials such as stone and wood. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are spacious and comfortable living quarters, but the true significance of the Villa is the private beach and the expensive seafront terrace, where you are likely to spend most of your time here.

The house is reachable with a car, and when you arrive at the parking lot, you descend with a staircase to the main entrance of the residence.
There are three floors to the house: the ground floor on the seafront, first floor that has living areas and the top floor that is leveled with the town road, being the Master bedroom.
The interior space takes up 200 square meters, feeling airy and spacious.
The first, central floor consists of a fully-equipped kitchen, living room, terrace, and a toilette. The kitchen is practical and funky, with a counter which can be used to enjoy breakfast, entertain the cook or enjoy an aperitif. There is an exit from the living room to the balcony which extends all along the front, also providing a wonderful view over the Bay. The bright atmosphere in the house is also a result of the large glass doors that draw a lost of natural light in the house.

Up to the staircase from the first floor, the Master bedroom comprises a double bed king size set against a mosaic-styled back wall, adding that tad bit of unique and unusual to space. Large glass doors instead of windows fill this room with both natural light and beautiful imagery of the Sea and the Montenegrin coast. Adjoining to the room, the luxurious private bathroom features an expansive shower.
The staircase leads you down to the sea level on the ground floor, where large glass partition doors immediately mesmerize with the Adriatic blues imagery.
The front terrace and pier comprise 90 square meters. Luxurious Villa with a private beach, Montenegro features an open barbecue, terrace bar, canopied lounge, dining table for 12 persons, and beach chairs everywhere. The best part, the private pebble beach is right there, only a couple steps away. You can also just enjoy this amazing view from the elegant dining area inside, with seating for 8. Through the back door of the room, you will enter the second bedroom with two king-size beds, private bathroom with shower and direct access to the seafront terrace.
