On the ground floor of the house is a big living room with kitchen, small store closet, a bedroom and a bathroom. Kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, TV, DVD, Sat TV, HiFi (CD, MP3). Access to the terrace is from the living room.

On the first floor is an air-conditioned bedroom with matrimonial bed and 2 single beds and a shower bathroom. There is a terrace on this floor which offers plenty of space for sunbathing.

The sea is only 50m from the villa.
