There are two apartments in the villa, 4 double bedrooms (3 rooms with double bed, one room with 2 single beds). All 4 bathrooms are equipped with a shower cabin. There is a large open plan living area with an indoor fireplace.

Villa also has a sauna, gym and indoor heated swimming pool with a Jacuzzi, massage room. In front of the villa is a large plot of grassland where the children can enjoy the playground. Parking for 6 cars is available. There are sunbeds and parasol on the terraces as well as a barbecue.

Villa offers a panoramic view of the sea from the first floor. The distance to the seafront is 200m, and the nearest beach is 300 meters, the nearest airport is international Zadar airport, 70 km away. The distance to the restaurant is 100m.

Services included in the price: final cleaning, sojourn tax, linen, and towels change once a week, electricity and water supply, air condition, Internet.
