It is located in Jesenice-Staro Selo, (Split), Dalmatia, rich with ancient churches from the 13th century, accessible by the asphalt road above the village Sumpetar-Jesenice.

Villa is located 17 km away from Split, the second largest city in Croatia and the largest city in Dalmatia, above sea level of 210 m and just 5 minutes from the beautiful beaches that will make your stay unforgettable. Villa is only 5 km from the estuary of the Cetina River, the second largest river in Croatia, where the lovers of extreme vacations can try rafting and enjoy the environment of this river.

Villa was built and equipped in a period of three years and each part is carefully designed and chosen so that you, our future guests, would have your stay as comfortable as possible and so you wish to come again.

Equipping the villa is also recognized and valued by the European Union, so the equipment has been co-financed from the IPARD pre-accession funds.

This villa is ideal for a family holiday, friendly meetings, team-building, anti-stress programs and weight loss therapy, honeymoon, business meetings, celebrations, events etc. Especially attractive is winter tanning in our studio Aquamarine. This villa truly offers unforgettable moments at any time of the year.

Villa is fully insured by Generali insurance that covers both property and guests in case of any eventual accidents.

July and August: 900 EUR min stay 5 days

At an extra cost, we can arrange group or individual yoga classes in this villa with Yoga teacher from Ananda Yoga Studio Split.

Minimum stays during the year: 3 nights.
In July and August, the minimum stay is 5 nights.

Price for July and August includes airport transfers from/to Split airport.

Pool heating in May, June, September, and October is charged additionally 25€/day

All prices include parking, wi-fi, satellite TV and radio programmes, cellphone with Croatian number to contact villa manager at all times, sunbeds, 2 bicycles, Nordic walking sticks, BBQ wood, bathrobes and slippers, sanitary supplies.
