Spacious villa with a garden and a pool Zadar: This wonderful villa is located in the countryside of the city Zadar, situated in a rustical area that will provide you with a quiet and private holiday. It is 6 kilometers away from the sea and only 3 km away from the airport in Zadar. The villa and its surroundings were thoroughly renovated in 2015.

The house can accommodate up to 5+4 people in two separate groups- one flat & terrace per group and shared pool & garden. The house has a ground and a first floor, along with the outside area where you can find a big front and backyard and a swimming pool. The front and the backyard are surrounded with Mediterranean bushes, with a few pathways that lead to the closest olive groves and vineyards. The front yard is open towards the village and some more bushes, leaving you with a perfect setting and distance from the first neighbors, so you can privately enjoy the sunbathing area around the swimming pool and an outdoor shower. In the front yard there is also a barbecue and in the backyard a wooden climbing frame for kids. The only part that wasn’t renovated are the trees in the backyard, three olive trees, a fig tree, cypresses, and a pomegranate tree. A few new fruit trees and ten young olive trees were planted additionally.
When you enter the house, you will come into the cozy ground-floor terrace with a large table. This floor also consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a double bed bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
The kitchen has a fridge with freezer, electric kettle, oven, electric stove, dishwasher, and a microwave, while the living room has a sofa bed, extensible table and satellite channels TV. The first floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a double and a single bed, and a bathroom that also has a shower and a washing machine. The living room has a sofa bed and satellite channels on TV.
The living room and the bedroom have an exit to the large 1st-floor terrace where you can enjoy some fresh air and a nice view of the village and the hills. There is air conditioning in the house, as well as WiFi that covers both floors and the outdoor area.
