Beautiful apartments for rent, Dubrovnik center: These beautiful apartments are situated in four locations in the center of Dubrovnik’s Stari Grad (Old town). There are 15 four star studio apartments and each of them is at most 50 meters (55 yards) away from Stradun, the old city’s main and most famous street. Nearby one can also find the Buza beach, as well as Dubrovnik’ s cathedral and Marin Drzic square.

The location of the apartments gives you opportunity to be part of the annual Dubrovnik Summer Festival, from July 10th till August 25th , where you can enjoy performances by famous classic music, ballet, drama and folklore stars.
On the 3rd of February you can take part in the traditional customs of Dubrovnik for the annual celebrations of the Day of Saint Blaise (Sveti Vlaho) the patron saint of the city. February is also Carnival time in Dubrovnik, so you are welcome to join the masquerade.

There are four different categories of apartments: A, B, C and D.

Every apartment provides the finest in comfort, with antique style furnishings, while also including all the modern conveniences (satellite TV, air conditioning, room safe, Wi-Fi…)

Everything you may need is within walking distance. The city beach is 300 meters from the apartments (east&west beach), and there are regular boat tours from the nearby harbour to the beautiful small island of Lokrum.

Category A apartments

There are 2 category A apartments. One is located on the first floor and the other is located on the second floor in a different building near the cathedral.

Category B apartments

There are two category B apartments offering the same quality and facilities, with small differences in furnishings and decoration.

One apartment offers a beautiful view on the Drzic Square and Cathedral. The other one is near by the Buza beach and famous beach bar “Buža”.

Category C apartments

There are 9 category C apartments offering the same quality and facilities, with small differences in furnishings and decoration.

Every apartment provides the finest in comfort and six of the apartments also have a beautiful cosy terrace.

The one apartment is just behind the Cathedral and the last two apartments are few meters from famous Buza bar and Buza beach.

The locations of the C apartments makes them more easily accessible for the elderly or those with physical disabilities, due to having less stairs.

Category D apartments

There are 2 category D apartments offering the same quality and facilities, with small differences in furnishings and decoration.

The apartments are located on the ground floor so they are more easily accessible for the elderly or those with physical disabilities.
