Beautiful stone villa with pool for rent near Dubrovnik: Beautiful stone villa with pool was rebuilt in 2014 on a fenced property of 1500 square meters. It is located in Zaton Veliki near Dubrovnik in the picturesque bay of Zaton. It is suitable for groups of friends, families with children, small business meetings, special occasions (weddings, graduations, honeymoon …). Pets are welcome. Villa can accommodate up to 14 people.

Villa has three floors.

Ground floor: two bedrooms with bathroom, professional kitchen, dining room, living room, bar, reception, two service toilets.

First floor: Four luxury suites, which consists of living room, bedroom, bathroom and one double bed on the gallery, TV, SONOS sound system, safety box and minibar. All apartments have access to two terraces with garden furniture, connected by a glass bridge from where you have a view of the entire bay. The villa has six bathrooms inside the house, service toilet and extra shower by the pool.

The villa has all the components needed for a comfortable stay: oven, stove, BBQ, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, meat cuttings, juicer, dishwasher, grill, ice maker, washing machine, tumble dryer … Communication: Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) Entertainment: Satellite TV, stereo, SONOS and BOSE external and internal sound system….

Outdoor swimming pool with the possibility of heating (integrated opposite directions, two hydro massage positions, waterfall, RGB lighting, outdoor shower by the pool). Chapel of S. Jerome, indoor and outdoor grill, safe, olives, orchard and vegetable garden. The whole Villa is air conditioned with built-in floor heating for the colder weather, indoor fireplace… There is a dock available for a boat.
