Stavljeni su i izo prozori ( plastični), svaka prostorija ima zaseban klima uređaj i centralno grijanje ( kuhinja je također klimatizirna).Stan je osiguran blindo vratima i protuprovalnim alarmom u svim prostorijama, te ima i sef koji nije vidljiv.
