On the first floor there are 3 other bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The whole villa is air conditioned. Fitness room is at your disposal as well as private parking that can fit 3 cars. This beautiful stone villa has an outside ceramic pool, shower and sun loungers where you can enjoy the view. There is also an outdoor summer kitchen and dinning area. The house offers bicycles and trampoline for children to play.

Nearest beach is 500 m away from the villa, but just a few steps more you can find Blue Flag beach which guarantees crystal clear water and beach. Restaurant is distanced just 200 m and beach bar 600 m. Ferry port is around 2 km from the villa while Rijeka airport is 30 minutes away.
