Villa with a Pool for Rent, Makarska: Large modern, furnished villa with swimming pool above the town of Makarska – south oriented and surrounded by green lawns, vegetable plants, fruit trees and green lush gardens. On three floors and 350 square meters of living space are 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 5 bathrooms and 6 toilets.
House can accommodate a maximum of 10 adults and 2 children up to 12 years of age on extra sofa beds. In the villa there are 4 kitchens with two dishwashers. The villa is air-conditioned. Guests can use shaded terrace where there are grapes and fig trees. Hosts can arrange breakfast or dinner service at extra price.
From the pool in front of the house guests can enjoy beautiful panoramic view of the city, harbor, sea and nearby islands. Swimming pool has a diameter of 5 meters and depth of 1,20 meters, it is equipped with hydro massage facilities. On the terrace there is an outdoor shower.
Guests can enjoy using piano, table tennis, table soccer and outside there is a barbecue house .
In the courtyard of the villa it is possible to park up to 4 cars. Behind the house is a tavern with barbecue for preparing the traditional local dishes. There is free wi-fi available throughout the house.
Villa has 2 washing machines and 2 ironing boards for guest’s use. High chair and baby cot are also provided if needed.
Villa is located 1 kilometer from the city center and 1,2 kilometers from the beach.
Possible at extra charge:

Check in is from 2:00PM – Check out before 10:00AM.
Pets are not allowed.
Damage deposit is 400 €, to be paid upon arrival. It is returned on departure if there is no damage to the property.
