Villa on a small island with pool Zizanj Croatia is surrounded by a 47.500sqm private olive orchard. The big outdoor swimming pool
with infinity view, with views towards the Kornati Archipel, is a real superb experience. The villa and swimming pool is surrounded by 350 sqm terraces all with sea view.

5 bedrooms are luxury furnished; 3 bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom; 2 bedrooms have a shared bathroom. There is a little office, 2 open plan living rooms with fully equipped Italian kitchens, oven, microwave, bread making machine, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso maker, coffee machine, refrigerator, deep-freezer etc. In each living room is a sofa bed, for 2 persons or children. Bed, bath, kitchen linen and towels for the swimming pool are provided.

This holiday villa can be rented completely:
5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens.
Or as half of the villa:
3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 living room 1 kitchen.
Even when renting half of the villa the other part of the villa will not be rented out to other guests, this to ensure your complete privacy.

Only from 15/03-30/04 pruning time and 01/10-10/11 olive picking, the owner will be in the 2 bedroom part of the villa, but still this time you will have complete privacy in your part of the villa. These both periods are the cheapest periods to rent and if the guests are interested to experience the picking and pruning time this is possible to organize, the guests can enjoy a free lunch in the orchard and a free dinner on one of the terraces.

guest can stay less than 7 days, but here is a cost from 400,-euro for the transport from and to the Island, of course when the guest has his own boat there is no problem.
Changeover can be any day of the week.

Included in the price:  Transport from the Mainland Biograd Na Moru to the island Zizanj and back (7 days stay & longer) / Tourist Tax / End cleaning.

Extra charged: Maid for cleaning during the stay / Possible to rent a boat with skipper for day trips, or for fishing on the sea / Guarded parking for car 6 euro a day, or for car and trailer 10 euro a day.

When coming with a plane, the nearest airport is Zadar +/- 30 km from there, there is a taxi to Biograd Na Moru.
