(6+2) Originally built in the 1890s, the villa, situated on cascade terrain, includes a private pool, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, Internet access, air-conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen. The beautiful property spreads across 2000 m² and has total privacy, while boasting an unforgettable view of the Mediterranean Sea. Private parking included.

The old stone house keeps its original spirit; however, modern architecture provides all the amenities of a newer building. Throughout the property you will feel a slight touch of wilderness. The picturesque view of the local islands will leave you feeling far away from civilization.

The spacious, open-concept ground floor holds the living room, kitchen and dining room. Three glass doors lead to a stone terrace overlooking the pool and ocean. The couch provides additional sleeping space, pulling out into a double sized bed, where two additional guests can sleep comfortably. For those who need to stay connected, there is satellite TV on a LCD screen, and unlimited Wi-Fi accessible Internet. The dining area has a big table, easily accommodating 4 people. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge and freezer.

The first floor is accessible by stairs right from the ground floor and, due to the fact that the house was built on a cascading terrain, from a separate door on the backside of the house. This floor features two bedrooms, each with a relaxing view overlooking the sea. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed. One bedroom features an en suite bathroom; the second bathroom is accessible from the hallway.
Outside
groundfloor The cascading terrain provides various levels of greenery and trees to enjoy the smell of salt air and the view over the sea and islands. Do not be surprised if you meet some wild sheep or a horse around the property. The main terrace includes a swimming pool (4m x 8m), sunbeds, and an old fashioned table for breakfast and dinner. Situated on additional terrace levels are benches and a hammock for a relaxing afternoon nap. A large, handmade stone barbeque is the centerpiece of the mid-level. On the uppermost level are more garden benches for relaxation or a bite to eat.

Second House

The smaller second stone house consists of one big room with a comfortable queen sized bed, additional sleeping space and a bathroom.
Dodati i: Nearest beach is loacted around 10 minutes walking from the villa but we recommend visiting it with a car, it is less than 5 minutes to reach it. The beach is a small, pebble beach and there are few small similar beaches along the coast, every 100 meters.

PLEASE NOTE: There is an unpaved road leading to the villa, it is 200 meters long. If you do not want to come with your car to the villa, we offer jeep for our guests – free of charge during the stay.

In high season (July 1 – September 9) minimum stay is 7 days, only Saturday / Saturday bookings

In the rest of the season, minimum stay is 3 days
