Panoramic seaview stone villa with pool, Split center is a five star stone villa located in the center of the Split town, in the peacefull neighbourhood surrounded by lush greenery. Stone villa with swimming pool can accommodate 9 guests and it has 4 modern bedrooms (3 -with double bed, 1 -single bed and two sofa beds). It is located near the beach, and the distance is only 8 minutes by foot! This great stone villa also features a swimming pool where you can enjoy magnificent panoramic views of the sea, sunsets and sunrises while sunbathing near the pool.

Outside of the villa is a big cultivated and covered garden, a lounge area, terrace, and a outside dinning area with a fireplace. There is also a private parking place secured infront of the villa, and it is half shaded with trees.
Inside the villa there is a sauna, fully equipped kitchen and a living area full of various amenities. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi, a DVD player, a CD player, a Wi-Fi and a radio. Stone villa has a three bathrooms available, one with a shower, a toilet and a bathtub and two of them with a shower and a toilet.
Cleaning, towels and bed linen are included in the rental fee.
