Its position is ideal for all those who want to stay near the city but still enjoy privacy in a peaceful area with sea view. This villa is a perfect choice for all those who prefer modern and luxury city villas with swimming pool. Its property has 600 m². The villa itself has 200 m² and has 3 floors. It was built in 2009.

Modern and luxury family villa in Split center has 3 bedrooms, 6 main beds +1 additional bed and it offers accommodation for 7 persons. It has 3 big modern bathrooms.

On the ground floor, there is a beautiful modern completely equipped kitchen, a study room with one bed, a modern bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer.

On the first floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed, SAT TV and offers a sea view from the terrace. On the terrace, you can enjoy your moments of relaxation. On this floor is also a spacious wardrobe and a big modern bathroom with windows.

On the second floor, there are 2 rooms and a second spacious bathroom. One is a master bedroom with SAT TV and sea view terrace and a twin room ideal for kids. This room has an electric piano. The bathroom has showers and bathtub.

All bedrooms and bathrooms in the villa are modernly furnished. You can enjoy the sea view from the terraces. The kitchen is very modern and it has everything you need to enjoy with your family and friends. It has a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker. Villa is completely air-conditioned and has underfloor heating. For its guests, it offers iron and ironing board, hair dryers, security safe, washing machine, dryer.

If you want to get to know our lively citizens and feel the Mediterranean spirit visit one of many numerous cafés and restaurants that have found its place in the center, on the West coast, in Varos, an old part of the city and many others.
