The villa is built in a contemporary style with a kitchen, dining, and sitting area, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, which leads to the living room and a kitchen with a dining area. On this floor, there is also one double bedroom and one bathroom with a shower. From the living room, you can enter the terrace with the swimming pool (size of the pool is 30 m2, and the depth 1,5 m). Heating of the pool in the period from 1.5 till 31.10 included in the price

On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and entrance to the terrace. In the house, you will find 3 double beds and one folding sofa in the living room.
