House with a Panoramic Sea View for sale Solta island is a great house located on Solta island. Solta is 25 minutes by speedboat from Split, main port in Middle Dalmatia, second largest city in Croatia, Surrounding: house is the second row to the seafront, which is approx. 40 meters distance to the waterline. Panoramic unobscured sea view. House is on the hill slope, near the pine wood, which is a protected green zone, building forbidden. Also in front of the house down to the first line houses, it is the green zone. Small harbor for boats and sealing boats is down under the house, mooring is a very low price on a yearly basis. The village is old fisherman place with stone houses which are few hundred years old. Now it is a tourist place, with local shops, grocery, restaurants with local food, fish and good wine and olive oil, a typical Mediterranean village. Bay is deep and protected from the wind.

Both apartments are furnished (owners are renting to tourists).
The second floor has its own entrance, and own electricity meter, though divided to two flats, not finished inside, and can be joined to one large 90 m2 flat. Here again a fantastic balcony with sea view. In front of the house, there is enough space to build a pool.
House is built 5 years ago, in excellent condition, furniture new and used only a few months in the summer time. Owners do not live in the house, except 2 months in the peak season of July and August.
Access to the house is from the main asphalt road, by 50m2 of macadam road which is in shared ownership of the house owner and another neighbor (who is relative). Macadam road is wide as two cars can pass by. There is a large parking space for at least 4 cars. Way to the seafront is down by the narrow path and by the stairs, passing the yellow house on the seafront, or by the main asphalt road and with public stairs to the seafront. In the bay, there are two pebble beaches, nice and never crowded, in the shade of pine trees, with crystal clear and clean sea and wonderful scenery. There are a lot of nice beaches surrounding the village and on the island, which is very small, only 20km in diameter, and 5 km wide. On the island there is doctor and dentist, school, fire brigade, gas station, shops and restaurants, water from pipes is healthy for drinking.
