The family house is located on a wonderful promenade along the sea, only 30 meters from the all-day-long sunny beaches in Stomorska on the Island of Solta. House has been modernly designed and built in harmony with the Mediterranian environment. Its interior is built in the shape of a sea shell with rooms that are spacious and full of light. The house is built from high quality natural materials in accordance with nature so that it saves energy (eg. during the hot summer months there is no need to use air-conditioning but of course only if its window shutters are regulated correctly).

In front of the house there is a spacious parking place and an outdoor shower with hot & cold water. The wine cellar is spacious and its whole surface area is intended to be transformed into a living area.
Basement & wine cellar area have 2 built-in water tanks in case of a shortage of water which were earlier used as a supply for drinking water. Today the whole Island of Solta recieves direct high quality water from the spring of the river Cetina and there is no need to keep both tanks so their space can be connected to the new living area.
The terrace is free-flowing and surrounds the house and from there you can enter the garden. On the South side of property is a pergola covered with autochthonous wild green vines which gives plenty of shade and greenery for relaxation and peace as well as intimacy, comfort and romance during the night.
Town center, shops and post-office, coffee bars, restaurants-pizzeria are all within 10 minuted walk. The ferry port in the settlement Rogac is 13 km away from Stomorska and the settlements are connected by an asphalt road which also connects all settlements on the Island of Solta. Apart from your own car, you can use a bus-line that follows the ferry-boat and catamaran timetables or you can use a taxi-service.

The price of 350.000€ includes a neighbouring landplot of 466 sqm as well! Here there is a possibility to build a 200 sqm (gross) object, for example apartments which can then be rented out during summer.
