In the ground floor there is a big living room with kitchen and fireplace, bathroom. On the first floor there is also living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom and a terrace with a beautiful sea view. One fireplace is inside and one is outside. House is located in Palmizana bay on islands called Pakleni otoci in Hvar. House is located in quiet surroundings.

House is only few steps from the seafront and fine fish restaurant, two minutes walk by pathway in lush greenery and exotic vegetation. There are few excellent fish restaurants on the other side of hill where is also marina for yachts.
House is comfortable to accommodate 4-6 persons.
Palmižana is a small uninhabited village/tourist resort on the Croatian island of Sveti Klement (San Clemente) in the Adriatic Sea, located off the Dalmatian coast. Sveti Klement and Palmižana are geographically located in the Paklinski Islands archipelago and administratively they are part of the Split-Dalmatia County of Croatia.
Palmižana has a marina with room for 200 boats, a small shop and a tourist information office. Tourists used to say that Hvar is perfect, but Palmizana is heaven on earth. Egzotic plants and beautiful blue sea. There are best reastaurants with best fresh fish food.
