Holiday Villa with a Pool for rent Supetar Brac: Villa has 5 bedrooms in two apartments and a swimming pool in front, parking place for 2 cars, it is situated only 100 m from the beach, surrounded by lush greenery on the edge of Supetar city. Supetar is a port of Brac, accessible from Split by 40-minute ferry line.
Villa was renovated in 2012.

There are large terraces overlooking the bay. The summer kitchen is just across the pool and there is plenty of space for sun decks and for enjoying summer afternoons on the open terrace by the pool.

Washing machine and dishwasher, coffee machine, hairdryer, completely equipped kitchens are in each of the apartments.

Villa has a portable baby cot. Air condition is in both apartments living rooms.

All the shops are a few hundred meters away. Beach is just 100 m from the villa.

There is a possibility for 3 extra beds.

Price list per day in 2020 in EUR:

1st of May – 1st of June / 350 EUR

1st of June – 29th of June / 410 EUR

29th of June – 31st of August / 500 EUR

31st of August – 28th of September / 410 EUR

28th of September – 31st of October / 350 EUR

Pets are welcome, daily price is 10 EUR per pet.

Minimum stay in July and August is 7 days. 

Changeover day for July and August: Saturday-Saturday

The Brac island is Croatia’s third largest island and the largest island in Dalmatia, located in the center of this Dalmatian region. Not only is it the largest island in central Dalmatia, it is also the highest island of all islands in the Adriatic with the highest peak at Vidova Gora where it reaches 778 meters. It is not problematic to reach the top, either by car or by hiking if you are looking for a bit more active vacation, and when you get there you are free to enjoy the view over to the Zlatni Rat Beach on Brac, Hvar island and others.
