Dalmatian stone villa with pools for rent, Jelsa, Hvar: This spacious villa is located in the center of the old fishing village of Jelsa, 15-20 minutes from town Hvar, with large garden and two swimming pools. It can accommodate 12 people (8+4).
Villa is a traditional yet modern Dalmatian stone palace. On the first floor, you will find 4 double bedrooms each with its own luxurious bathroom. All rooms are fully air-conditioned.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area that opens onto a large garden with pool.
In the dining room is a large table for 12+ people, the living room has a separate part for television and a separate sitting area with a large gas fireplace.
There is also a very good sound system, excellent if you want to have a party in the villa.
Inside, between the traditional stone walls, there is a heated swimming pool.
This interesting pool seems like a sea cave and is pleasant for refreshing during high temperatures in the summertime. In the winter you can have a pleasant swimming in a comfortable temperature. There is also a sauna available.
The palace is in the center of small Dalmatian town Jelsa, where you can hear the church bells at noon, and the murmur of the domestic people in the streets, and all just minutes from the waterfront, where all the bars, restaurants, shops, banks and other amenities are.

Beach is approximately 350 meters from the villa.
On the waterfront, you can rent a boat and explore the beautiful hidden bay of the island of Hvar and Brac and have a pleasant swimming in the crystal clear blue sea.

Price list per day in 2020 in EUR:

01.01. – 16.05. 800 EUR

16.05. – 27.06. 900 EUR

27.06. – 29.08. 1108 EUR

29.08. – 19.09. 900 EUR

19.09. – 31.12. 800 EUR

Minimum stay is 7 days, Changeover day is Saturday.
*In the event of a shorter period of rent, 25% is added to the price.

Check-in time is at 5:00 pm.
Check out time is until 10:00 am.

Basic services (included in the price):

* use of all facilities – outdoor pool (11 x 5.5 m), sauna, sports fields, etc.
* water, electricity, gas, regardless of the season
* bed linen – changed weekly, more frequently if required
* daily change of towels
* soap, shampoo, shower gel
* use of the washing machine, iron
* residence tax
* daily housekeeping
* final cleaning
* all charges and taxes

Additional services (charged separately):

* transfers from the ferry port and back,
* shopping and delivery to the facility
* food

Damage deposit: 800 EUR in cash at arrival. It is returned upon departure if there is no damage to the villa.
