Villa can accommodate up to 8 people.

The pool and the terrace are surrounded by a cultivated green area, containing also an outside shower. Two opposite sides of the ground level are closed with sliding Schüco glass walls that provide this space with a lot of natural light and allow the whole area to turn into a large open living room with direct access to the pool and terrace on one side and an open-air Jacuzzi for 6 people on the other. On the same level, there is also a kitchen with dining room, bathroom and storage room.

The kitchen is equipped with appliances from leading manufacturers and it includes a built-in microwave oven, wine cooler and ice maker. An interior staircase leads upstairs featuring four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balconies.

These have superb audio-video equipment, underfloor heating (bathrooms too), inverter air conditioners, solid oak bed frames, top-quality mattresses, Koemmerling, and Schüco glass walls. The house also features Italian tiling and Villeroy & Boch sanitary ware. The property includes a finely paved parking area of 120 m2.

The cleaning lady is in the house every day and bed sheets are changed every Saturday and Wednesday and clean towels are changed every Saturday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
