Beautiful villa near the beach in the center of Sutivan on an island of Brač, only 30 meters away from the pebble beach. Villa consists of 4 apartments and it’s rented only as the whole villa, providing its guest’s total privacy and relaxation, whether it is a group of friends or a family with children.

Villa can accommodate 14 people. There are total 7 comfortable bedrooms, 6 of which are with double bed and 1 with twin beds; 3 apartments with 2 bedrooms and 1 apartment with 1 bedroom. Villa has 4 bathrooms.

Each apartment is equipped with its own kitchen and dining room, bathroom and it’s air-conditioned.

Villa has its own beautiful private garden. In the center of this green garden, there is a swimming pool (24 square meters), a Jacuzzi, barbecue, children swing and a playhouse.

Sullivan, or as the locals call it – Stivan is a small port on Northwest of Brač island – the largest island of Dalmatia. Sutivan is the closest to Split (only 13 kilometers away), but there is no direct ferry line to this charming place. The main ferry port is in Supetar, approximately 7 kilometers west from Sutivan.
Beautiful coves line up along the coastline; Stiniva, Likva, Stipanska and Vičja Luka.
Olive groves and vineyards dominate over most surface areas.
Sutivan is a bike-friendly island, with three main bike trails: Tramuntana (Sutivan center to St. Roko), Maestral (Sutivant to Likva cove) and Levant (Sutivan to Mirca village) – all three named after famous wind names in Dalmatia.

Length of stay can be shorter than 7 nights, but then there is a surplus of 30% on the daily price. (Depends on the number of nights, not lower than 3 nights in April/May/June, and 5 in July & August)
