Beachfront Villa with sea view for rent, Rogoznica

Modern holiday Villa on a beautiful location, directly at the beach.

The Villa has 5 bedrooms with two beds each. The rooms have a bathroom, balcony and amazing sea view. On the ground floor there is a big living room which is connected to the dining room with a kitchen. Villa has three floors and there is a lift that connects them.

Villa has private swimming pool and outdoor lounge chairs. There is also nice and spacious terrace with a table where guests can have lunch or dinner. There is also a children playground so if you are looking for a Villa for a familly vacation, this one might be perfect for you.

There is also a “semi private” beach that is used only by guests of our Villas.

The breakfast is included in price.

Villa has private parking and also mooring for yachts, both are free of charge for the guests of our Villa.

April,May and October: 800,00 Eur

June and September: 1.000,00 eur

July and August: 1.500,00 eur

Minimum stay for the monts June, July, August and September is seven days.
