Holiday villa with pool for rent, Konavle, Dubrovnik area is a perfect mixture of rustic and modern. The villa has a stone exterior, and a contemporary interior where a lot of attention was dedicated to details. It can accommodate up to 16 guests. Outside of the villa you can find a designer heated swimming pool (9m x 5m) with roman steps and a designated spa area. Next to the pool is a sun bathing area with deck chairs and a lounge. There is also a shower room and a sauna. On the lawn kids can enjoy their area that has a children’s play frame with swings and a slide. Holiday villa has open and covered terraces with dining areas and a barbecue.

On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with en suite shower room. Ground floor also includes one more double bedroom, twin bedroom and a bathroom. You can also find a games room equipped with a pool table, table football and darts. External steps that lead to the first floor.

First floor consists of a double bedroom with en suite shower room, twin bedroom, another double bedroom and a shower room with a washing machine. There is also a living room with a dining area equipped with a DVD, playstation 3 and an iPod dock. The living room includes a foldable sofa bed for two people and has an exit to the balcony. Kitchen is fully equipped and comes with an oven, microwave and a dishwasher. Holiday villa has a large covered terrace with dining area situated on the first floor.

This holiday house is fully air-conditioned. Wi-Fi is free and accessible from anywhere on the property. There is private parking and a garage available on the property. Pets are not allowed.
