There are 2 bathrooms in the house that are equipped with a shower. The fully enclosed, 200 m2 large courtyard of the villa features a lovely swimming pool (7,5 x 4) with salt water, surrounded by sun loungers where you can enjoy a refreshing swim at any time of day or night.

The house consists of the ground floor, first floor, and outdoor area. The ground floor consists of an open and fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area as well as one double bedroom and bathroom. The dining area looks out on to the terrace which features a fireplace and comfortable seating. On the first floor, there are a bathroom and three comfortable bedrooms, with the master bedroom having an exit to the balcony with an amazing view. In the backyard of the house, there is a Mediterranean garden with olive trees so guests have enough space for relaxation and enjoyment.
